Interested buyers must order their items via the Order Form.
Local buyers must make their payment via bank transfer to our
POSB Savings account(137-50877-0). No interbank transfer is allowed.
Items will only be reserved for 24 hours from the time we sent the payment notice to the customer, after which we will release the item to the next customer in the queue if payment is not received by the stipulated deadline.
Upon receipt of payment, item will be sent within 24 hours. We will send you an email notification once the item has been sent.
No backing out is allowed after payment is made.
Meet-ups will take place daily at Boon Lay MRT station,
Tanjong Pagar MRT station and Simei MRT station.
Fat Jelly reserves the right to change the meet-up venue and time and will give a minimum of 3-hour notice to the customers via SMS and email.
Fat Jelly is not responsible for lost / damaged items should customers opt for normal postage.
Postage charges are as follows:
- Normal Postage – additional $1 per item
- Registered Postage – additional $3 per item
- Prices are non-negotiable.
- Fat Jelly is not responsible for the item once the customer has received it.
- Fat Jelly does not do refunds, returns, or exchanges.
